Refund Policy

TWO ON DREAM Inc., a company incorporated in Seoul, South Korea ("Company","we","us","our") sells non-expiring credits that can be redeemed for AI-generated articles published across our Network. By purchasing credits, you acknowledge and agree that publishing is irreversible and that refunds are strictly limited as outlined in this policy. It is your responsibility to carefully review this policy before making any purchases.


1. Limited 7-Day Unused-Credit Guarantee

  • You may request a refund on unused credits only within 7 days of purchase.
  • To qualify, none of the purchased credits may have been used or allocated for any publishing.
  • No partial refunds are available for partially used credit packages (e.g., if you purchased 20 credits and used even 1, the remaining 19 are non-refundable).
  • Refund requests must be submitted to billing@publast.com and include:
    • Your full name
    • Email address associated with your account
    • Date of purchase
    • Transaction ID (if available)
    • Brief reason for the refund request

2. No Refunds After Credit Use

Generally, credits that have been redeemed to generate or publish content, viewed in your dashboard, or allocated for scheduled publications are considered used and are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.

  • Once content generation or publishing has been initiated, the associated credits are considered used, regardless of the outcome.
  • We do not issue refunds for dissatisfaction with:
    • Generated content quality
    • Publishing placement
    • Visibility or performance outcomes
    • Perceived value
  • Please review our documentation and sample outputs before purchasing credits to ensure our service meets your expectations.

3. No Refunds After 7 Days

If you believe you have been charged in error or have duplicate transactions, you must contact billing@publast.com within 7 days of the purchase date. After this period, we cannot process any refund requests except in extraordinary circumstances at our sole discretion.

  • If you subscribe to a promotional offer that converts to a paid subscription, it is your responsibility to cancel before the trial period ends. We do not offer refunds for forgotten cancellations.
  • Credits remain in your account until used, with no expiration date, and can be used for future publications even if you initially decided not to use them.

4. Limited Service Failure Remedy

  • While we strive for continuous and reliable service, Publast is generally not liable for refunds due to service interruptions, downtime, technical issues, or publishing failures, except as explicitly stated herein.
  • We are committed to making reasonable efforts to rectify service issues.
  • If a critical system failure prevents content generation or publishing entirely, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 14 days, we may offer replacement credits or partial refunds at our discretion.
  • This remedy does not apply to:
    • Temporary service disruptions
    • Scheduled maintenance
    • Issues caused by third-party services
    • Acts of nature, war, terrorism or other force majeure events

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

  • We encourage you to contact our billing team directly at billing@publast.com before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution.
  • Filing unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes constitutes a violation of these terms.
  • In the event of an unauthorized dispute or chargeback, Publast reserves the right to:
    • Immediately suspend or terminate your account access
    • Recover any credits issued or content published
    • Charge a handling fee for administrative costs incurred
    • Pursue legal remedies as appropriate
  • If you file a legitimate chargeback due to unauthorized use of your payment method, we will cooperate fully with the investigation.

6. How Refunds Are Issued

  • Credit card refunds:
    • Processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
    • May take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.
  • Bank transfers:
    • Require you to provide correct banking details within 7 days of refund approval.
    • Processed within 10-15 business days after receipt of banking details.
  • Digital payment services:
    • Refunds to PayPal, Venmo, and similar services generally process within 3-7 business days.

7. Policy Changes

Publast reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify this Refund Policy at any time. If we make changes, we will post the revised policy on our website and update the "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we may provide additional notice via email or in-app notification.

Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the modified policy. If you do not agree to the changes, you should discontinue use of the service.
